Marcus and Laura were very helpful in decision to use their company for the job on my windows outside. Marcus estimate was fair, workers were on time, stayed on the job and finished the job. Marcus and his team are very professional, friendly and diligent with the process. One of Sucro Painting's assets is they also have a cabinet shop. That was a huge help to us because we have 7 foot custom wood shutters that were rotted from water damage and to rebuild them would have cost a fortune. When they brought the repaired shutters back we were amazed by the workmanship! In painting our home, Marcus went through a through inspection process before and after. ( very meticulous) He was pointing out things to me we didn't notice and initiated revisions to be done. He made absolutely sure we were happy with the outcome of the job. The system Marcus uses to measure to paint your home is accurate and very price competitive. He is an engineer by training and it carries through to the outcome of your experience with his company. Marcus was very easy to work with and provided excellent customer service. There was a minor miscommunication that happened but he responded very quickly and fixed the problem immediately. Some would call me impatient so I really appreciated the timely response. Laura was also very pleasant. As far as the work, they did a great job, his staff was very respectful. Outstanding! Marcus came for the initial consultation and prided us with a comprehensive and competitive bid. Laura in the front office is an absolute pleasure to deal with. The painters who performed the work were on time, courteous, and excellent craftsmen. The job turned out amazing and exceeded our expectations.

The job was scheduled and after a few Covid 19 related delay issues the Sucro Men showed up early and stayed late. They held to their price with no up or extras and were completed when they said they would be done. We asked them to do 2 small pickups and they gladly returned to do the work. We added some wood trim shortly after the job and the gladly and speedily came to paint the wood. We liked what they did!!!! In our opinion this is a very good, well run, honest company with some very experienced people, with CUSTOMER CARE skills which is sorely lacking in todays businesses. We would whole heartily recommend them.
